We’ve been working with Churchfield since 2013 and we continue to feed back performance based design improvements and new technologies year on year to improve the effectiveness of their website as a key marketing, sales and customer support resource for their business.
Iteration no.3 of the Churchfield Home Services website, incorporates a stronger focus on users in a mobile context with a more streamlined UI, updated HTML and CSS. Included in this iteration are improved enquiry generation tools that are configurable for different products and services to enhance information capture and prioritisation. Additionally, assistance was provided in information planning to streamline service discovery as a priority.
We rely heavily on our website to deliver high value sales enquiries on a daily basis and it continues to be a focus of investment for us year on year.
