ATSAC required new brand development sympatethic to the existing brand and the association's ethos, but with a new clearer message and modern look and feel. The web development process began with a focus on the association's membership administration, and providing interactive features such as counsellor /psychotherapist search facility and events database with booking.
ATSAC required the integration of two ecommerce payment processing method be implemented. Direct Debit processing for membership fee collection and Credit/Debit Card facilities to process payments for event ticket sales.
A comprehensive feature set now allows ATSAC to siginficantly remove previous admin overheads in relation to Membership Application Processing, automation of membership renewals, certificate issuing and upkeep of membershiop data.
The new responsive design and layout ties the public website together with the back-office system to provide easier communication with all members and the general Public in mobile and desktop context.
